Our manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced fabrication tools including CNC lasers, cobot welding stations, CNC press brakes, and a semi-automated powder coat line with a 3-stage wash system. We operate under an ISO 9001–certified quality program, meaning your safety products are built with repeatable precision and held to strict standards from raw steel to final finish. The result? Savety Yellow Products warrants that the goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. Products should be installed according to the manufacturers’ instructions and maintained or inspected according to specific time periods as indicated in the instructions, if any.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, exposure to harsh environments, or misuse. Additionally, paint finish, coatings, and other cosmetic appearances are not covered under this warranty.
Savety Yellow Products MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE. AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY OF THE GOODS SOLD HEREUNDER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer alone has determined that the goods and services will meet the requirements of their intended use.
